Do you have someone you want to say "Happy Holidays" to? Friends, teachers, or staff members? If so, what better way than to send them a candy gram for the Holidays! Each Candy Gram is $1.00 and will include a candy cane with the following message: You're the greatest in every way. So I wanted to wish you a happy holiday! Candy Grams will only be available for sale: AFTER SCHOOL Monday, December 12 - Friday, December 16 $1.00 Each The Candy Grams will be delivered to the classrooms by Thursday, December 22.

Come join the Stowers PTA for BJ's Family Night this Thursday, January 7 from 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm located on 183rd St in Cerritos. BJ's donates 15% of all sales to our Stowers Community. It will be a great time for our community to get together and catch up regarding our winter break. Please bring the flyer with you so the school gets credit. Hope to see you at BJ's on Thursday. Our Thanksgiving Celebration will be held tomorrow, November 17, 2015. We need volunteers to cut 650 pieces of pie for the students. We will be meeting in the 300 Center at 9:30 a.m. to cut the pies. The students will be served a piece during their lunch hour.
Our next association meeting will be held Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 6:30 pm in the 300 Center. We will be discussing what we are working on for the next few months. If you've been thinking about volunteering, this is a great opportunity to find out how you can help. Come experience the look of pride on your child's face when they see you around campus as a volunteer!
Join us on Friday, November 6th for the Stowers International Festival. All grades will be showcasing different countries as well as class performances. Our PTA will have a booth as well.
We also need volunteers. If you would like to help, please see us at the PTA booth. Come and enjoy the fun! Red Ribbon Week is coming up the week of October 26th. The National Red Ribbon theme for 2015 is “Respect Yourself. Be Drug Free”. Besides all the crazy things the students will be asked to wear. We will be handing out pledge forms. The two classes with the most signatures will get to throw water balloons at Dr. Tracy.
